Samantha Ruth Prabhu awaits the release of ‘Yashoda’ on November 11. In her latest interview promoting the film, the superstar actress said that she is recovering from Myositis, the auto-immune disorder she has been suffering from.
The actress began by saying that there are some good days and there are some bad days. She added that there are days when it is hard for her to get up from bed. On other days, she wants to fight. And the days on which she is feeling better are increasing.
“It’s been three months (since the diagnosis happened). Let me clarify that I am not dying anytime soon. I saw many articles that have said that mine is a life-threatening condition. It is not,” she clarified, adding that the autoimmune condition is draining her physically.
Sam is dissatisfied with the news reports that have parroted the myth that her health condition is life-threatening.
She also said that high-dose medications and never-ending trips to doctors have kept her busy on some days.
As for ‘Yashoda’, it is directed by Hari Shankar and Harish Narayan. It is produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad on Sridevi Movies.
