Samantha has been having a great year so far, as her Telugu movie Majili with husband Naga Chaitanya turned out to be a blockbuster and her Tamil movie Super Deluxe won her great reviews for her bold and sensational performance. Now the actress is acting in a number of interesting movies.

Besides starring in lead roles in several movies, Samantha has also done a cameo in an upcoming film, and that happens to be the Telugu movie Manmadhudu 2 which will have none other than her father in law Nagarjuna playing the hero and Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead. Samantha shot for her cameo in Portugal.

The significance of her cameo is that she is working for the second time with her first ever hero Rahul Ravindran, who is directing Manmadhudu 2. Rahul Ravindran and Samantha were paired in Moscowin Cauvery which was Samantha's debut, though it got released after Baana Kaathaadi. Rahul Ravindran shared a photo of Samantha and Nagarjuna and tweeted that he felt nostalgic directing his first ever co-star.
