Richard Rishi’s old engagement photos go viral amidst Yashika Aannand dating rumours

Richard Rishi is the elder brother of former actresses Shalini Ajith and Shamlee and the brother in law of superstar Ajith Kumar.  Like his siblings he too started his career as a child actor and went on to star in lead roles in several films including ‘Pen Singam’, ‘Netru Indru’, ‘Draupadi’, ‘Paramapadham Vilayattu’ and ‘Rudhra Thandavam’.

In the past couple of weeks Richard shared intimate photos with young actress Yashika Aannand raising speculations of love between the two celebrities.  There have also been critical comments on social media about the big gap in their age with Richard now in his mid forties while Yashika has just touched 23.  However the alleged couple seem to be focussed only on themselves and their latest pic shows them enroute a long drive by car.

Meanwhile the engagement photos of Richard Rishi in 2012 have gone viral on the internet.  Ajith and Shalini are seen presiding over the ceremony between Richard and his then girlfriend Sathyalakshmi a grand daughter of legendary lyricist and Tamil scholar Kavigniar Kannadasan.  In one of the pics the then couple are seen with a little Anoushka Ajith perched on her maternal uncle’s arms.  Sathyalakshmi a dentist is said to have been a family friend of Richard and his sisters and they decided to take their relationship to the next personal level.  However due to unknown reasons the couple split and the marriage was called off.
