Malayalam actress Remya Nambeesan has been a well known face among Tamil Audience as well, with her performances in movies like Pizza, Kullanari Koottam, and was recently seen in a cameo in Seethakathi and will have another release tomorrow with Agni Devi.

Now it has been confirmed that she's been signed to play the female lead opposite Sibiraj in his next, titled Shiva. Directed by Dharanidharan who had earlier directed Jackson Durai with Sibiraj, this movie inspired by Tiger Avni's hunt last year, will focus on the conflict between humans and man eating tigers.

Shiva is produced by Auraa cinemas and is Remya Nambeesan's second movie with Sibiraj after Sathya. Remya Nambeesan is currently starring in a number of projects including Vijay Antony starrer Thamizharasan and few Malayalam movies.
