“Bharathi Kannamma” Roshini finally opens up on why she quit the serial

The daily serial ‘Bharathi Kannamma’, which is airing on Vijay TV, has become a favourite of housewives who enjoy the most logic-defying twists and turns. The core theme of the soap is that Bharathi falls in love with Kannamma and marries her.

Venbaa separates the two by playing mind games in their lives. The abandoned Kannamma gives birth to twins one of whom is with her but the other unknowing to her is being raised by her mother-in-law Soundarya.

Roshini who played Kannama rose to fame after the success of this serial. She instantly became people’s favourite and lived as Kannama in this soap. But she quit the serial recently and the reason for which was unknown.

After the episodes with the new ‘Kannama’ was telecasted Roshini released a video revealing the reason for her sudden exit. Some sources also revealed that Roshini quit the serial as she wanted to concentrate on movies but she is yet to confirm the same. In the video, she said, ” ” Unfortunately I couldn’t continue acting in ‘Bharathi Kannama’ serial. I am extremely sorry if my decision had hurt you. Thanks for all your support and I hope you will continue to shower your support for the days to come”. Hope we can see Rohini in films in the near future
