Realizing my dream through Ram Charan: Chiranjeevi

Almost every single director down South wants to work with Megastar Chiranjeevi, but what if we told you there is a director with whom the legendary actor has wanted to work with? It is none other than Shankar. With Ram Charan teaming up with Shankar, the ‘Acharya’ star can’t be happier. 

Taking to Twitter today, the ‘Bholaa Shankar’ star said that he is happy to be realizing his dream through his son, Charan. “Some projects are special from the word go. This is one such,” Chiru said, wishing Shankar, his son, Kiara Advani and others all the best. 

The film is Dil Raju’s 50th movie as a producer. To be released in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, it will be a huge venture. 

The closest Chiru came to working with Shankar pertained to the Hindi remake of ‘Gentleman’. The Bollywood remake was helmed by Mahesh Bhatt. It was said at that time that Chiru wanted Shankar himself to direct the remake.
