Rashmika Mandanna opens up about pairing up with Dhanush for the first time in ‘D51’!

Dhanush is one of the busiest actors of our time. The phenomenal actor is now simultaneously working on his third directorial ‘DD3’ and on his new film ‘D51’ while his magnum opus ‘Captain Miller’ was released on Pongal and is running successfully. ‘D51’ is written and directed by the National Award-winner Sekhar Kammula.

The shooting of ‘D51’ commenced a few days ago in Hyderabad with a small puja ceremony. Renowned actors Nagarjuna Akkineni and Rashmika Mandanna are joining Dhnaush in this much-awaited project. In a recent interview, Rashmika opened up about pairing up with Dhanush for the first time in this upcoming flick. This is now going viral on social media.

Rashmika said, ” I wished that I really want to be part of the film after Sekhar Kammula narrated the story. My portions will be filmed next month. I want to work with Dhanush sir so much because he is a performer to the core.  I was excited that I’m going to learn a lot from him and become better in my craft.” (sic)

‘D51’ aka ‘DNS’ is bankrolled by Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP in association with Amigos Creations. The technical team is said to be Devi Sri Prasad as the music composer and Sathyan Sooryan as the DOP. Dhanush will be essaying a fresh role in this movie which is set in the backdrop of a Mumbai mafia.
