‘Rang De’ Trailer: Fun-filled coming-of-age rom-com

In the largely fun-filled trailer of ‘Rang De’, Nithin is embarrassed to consummate his forced marriage with Keerthy Shetty, who, for all we know, has played a naughty character in the March 26th release. Director Venky Atluri may just be out to tell a coming-of-age rom-com in the context of a family entertainer. 

Nithin plays a dullard at studies, while the female lead is a total contrast. Somehow, he doesn’t like to be compared with her. Abhinav Gomatam and Vennela Kishore chip in with doses of laughter. VK Naresh plays the film’s third most consequential character as the male protagonist’s father. 

Already, Devi Sri Prasad-composed songs, especially ‘Emito Idhi’, have become popular. PC Sreeram’s cinematography is looking solid.
