Global superstar Ram Charan, who has delivered some of Indian cinema’s most iconic blockbusters, is gearing up for a grand return to the silver screen with his much-awaited action drama “Peddi.” Ever since its announcement, the film has generated massive buzz, with fans eagerly waiting to see Charan in a power-packed and rugged avatar.

The shoot of Peddi is progressing at a rapid pace, with editing of key portions happening simultaneously. Recently, the actor was spotted filming a major song sequence in Pune, and a behind-the-scenes video from the shoot has now taken the internet by storm.

In the viral clip, Ram Charan is seen performing an intense dance sequence atop a massive pile of rocks on the edge of a mountain cliff — one foot balancing on a branch and the other on a stone — as he grooves fearlessly to the energetic beats. The camera slowly pans to reveal a breathtaking drop below, adding to the intensity of the moment. Despite the risky setup, Charan exudes complete focus and control, a testament to his fearless spirit and commitment to authenticity.

Fans have been quick to shower praise on the star, calling his effort “pure dedication” and a reflection of why Ram Charan continues to be one of the most versatile and daring performers in Indian cinema.

The electrifying song is being choreographed by Jani Master, the man behind several blockbuster dance numbers across Indian films. His collaboration with Ram Charan has already set high expectations, with fans predicting the track to be a surefire chartbuster once released.

Meanwhile, the team has already completed 60% of the shoot, and the first half’s editing has been wrapped up. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi is said to present Ram Charan in a completely new and intense role, blending raw emotion with high-voltage action.

Written and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi features an impressive ensemble cast including Shiva Rajkumar, Janhvi Kapoor, Divyendu Sharma, and Jagapathi Babu. Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru, the film is slated for a grand theatrical release on March 27, 2026.
