Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor Set to Shoot a Stunning Song in Pune for ‘Peddi’

Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s much-awaited rural action drama Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, is progressing at a brisk pace. The film is being produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner, while it is presented prestigiously by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings.

The team is now gearing up for its next shooting schedule in Pune, which commences tomorrow. During this schedule, a beautifully composed song featuring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor will be filmed. The track, composed by Academy Award-winning maestro A.R. Rahman, is said to be a soulful and visually rich melody.

Renowned choreographer Jani Master is designing the moves, promising audiences a visually stunning treat filled with captivating dance sequences and the refreshing chemistry between the lead pair.

Meanwhile, post-production work is also being carried out simultaneously, with the team working tirelessly to ensure the film stays on schedule.

Ram Charan has reportedly undergone a complete physical transformation for his role, which is said to have strong emotional and mass elements. The film also features Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar in a powerful character, along with Jagapathi Babu and Divyendu Sharma in key roles.

On the technical front, R. Rathnavelu is handling cinematography, and National Award-winning editor Navin Nooli is taking care of the editing.

The makers have confirmed that Peddi will have a grand worldwide theatrical release on March 27, 2026, coinciding with Ram Charan’s birthday. Expectations are sky-high for this ambitious Pan-India project, touted to be a perfect blend of mass, emotion, and musical brilliance.
