Superstar Rajinikanth has been invited to attend the NTR Birth Centenary Celebrations event in Poranki in Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh on April 28. On the occasion, the 'Kabali' and '2.0' star will share the dais with TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu and actor-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna.

The legendary Tamil actor has always known Naidu as a friend. Naidu is regarded as a good friend by another Tamil actor - Kamal Haasan.

On April 28, two editions with a compilation of the speeches delivered by NT Rama Rao in and outside the Assembly will be released.

On the film front, Rajini's next theatrical release 'Jailer' is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. Produced by Sun Pictures, its music is by Anirudh Ravichander.

As for Balakrishna, he is going to be seen in Anil Ravipuid's film. The untitled film will hit the screens for Dasara this year. Kajal Aggarwal and Sree Leela are playing important roles in it.
