It is known that Dr Mohan Babu has built a magnificent Shirdi Sai Baba Temple at his Sri Vidya Niketan group of institutions near Tirupati. The temple will be inaugurated later this month. The same will take place on August 9,10 and 11.

The news is that Superstar Rajinikanth and Chandra Babu Naidu have been invited for the event as chief guests. The Kollywood superstar is a long-time friend of Mohan Babu. 

The event will also have in attendance fomer Andhra Pradesh N Kiran Kumar Reddy. 

"The temple has been built with my money as well as donations from other sources at a cost of Rs 4.5 Cr. Learned men from Rishikesh have been involved in conducting temple-building rituals. It will be a pilgrimage centre for the pilgrims of Tirumala," Mohan Babu said about the temple recently. 

On the film front, Mohan Babu is doing Agni Nakshatram with his daughter. The film has him in role of a Professor.
