Recently, it was reported that PVP Cinema is closing shop in Chennai. The prestigious production house, which recently suffered a flop in the form of Brahmotsavam, was reported to be temporarily calling it quits in Tamil Nadu. However, it turns out that Prasad V Potluri has no such plans.

Unlike what was reported, its employees at Chennai office haven't been given the pink slip.

The production house has issued a statement confirming its plans to produce in both Telugu and Tamil. The passionate producer that PVP is, he is all set to bounce back with movies - big and small. As is known, two of the big-ticket movies will be bi-linguals. While one will be a Telugu-Hindi bi-lingual (read Rana Daggubati's Ghazi), the other one will be a Telugu-Tamil one. In addition, he will bring out a concept movie, perhaps not a mega-budgeted one.

Note that Mahesh has given a word to PVP to do a film under his banner. The film will be directed by Vamsi Paidipally and the same will go on the floors once Vamsi is done with evoluting the story line into a full-on script.
