Priyanka Deshpande who has had a long run as one of the most sought after video jockey, anchor and master of ceremonies in Kollywood participated as a contestant on 'Bigg Boss 5' hosted by Kamal Haasan. She did not disappoint her fans one bit and went on to get the runner up price on the show adjudged the most valubale contestant after title winner Raju Jeyamohan.

Throughout the 'Bigg Boss 5' show most of the contestants spoke about their family members and spouses but Priyanka did not. That too when her husband Praveen was on the sets of the show as he served as the console manager. This is the reason why Priyanka once trolled the console manager from the kitchen without revealing who it was.

The reason why Priyanka did not mention Praveen at all has now been revealed and that is because according to the norms of 'Bigg Boss' if a relative is working in the same organization and show they should not be mentioned.

Praveen started his career on Vijay TV as an assistant director in 'Super Singer show and that is where he and Priyanka who was the anchor fell in love and got married. Later he was in charge of 'Bigg Boss Jodigal' and now the 'Bigg Boss' main show console manager.
