Priya Chowdary must be Sri Reddy’s delight

It was recently reported that Vijayawada girl Priya Chowdary will be seen in ‘2 States’, starring Adivi Sesh and Shivani Rajasekhar.  She is playing a character named Neetu. “We are glad the beautiful Priya is on board.  The Engineering student is very popular in Vijayawada and is also a former Miss Vijayawada,” the makers said.

In her latest interview, Priya informs that hers is not a mere supporting role in the movie. She is Sesh’s ‘maradalu’, has a song, and seems to have many scenes in this rom-com.  

At a time when Sri Reddy is batting hard for making the Telugu film industry more and more inclusive for Telugu girls, Priya playing the second female lead in a movie whose first female lead (Shivani) is also a Telugu is big.  Priya, who has no filmi background, must surely be Sri Reddy’s delight.
