Pradeep Ranganathan is an emerging youth icon in the Tamil industry. He entered cinema as a director with the Jayam Ravi starrer ‘Comali’. Apart from direction, he turned into a lead actor in his second film ‘Love Today’, which became the highly-grossed debut hero film in Tamil cinema.

Director Vignesh Shivan roped in Pradeep as the lead in his new film, ‘LIC’ (Love Insurance Corporation). The film produced by Seven Screen Studio was officially announced a few days ago. Notably, this movie initially had Sivakarthikeyan as the lead but it was shelved a few years ago. Now, we have exciting news about Pradeep’s next after LIC.

Sources tell us that Pradeep Ranganathan will team up with director Ashwath Marimuthu for a new film. The maker made a promising debut with the Ashok Selvan starrer ‘Oh My Kadavulae’. This upcoming project is said to be bankrolled by the ‘Love Today’ makers AGS Entertainment. Pradeep will start this movie after wrapping up ‘LIC’ entirely. An official announcement is awaited.
