‘Popcorn’: ‘Madhi Vihangamayye’ sets up a lively mood!

‘Madhi Vihangamayye’, a song from ‘Popcorn’, was today released via Naga Chaitanya’s social media handles. Shot on Sai Ronak (as Pawan) and Avika Gor (as Sameerana), the song is breezy. 

The song’s lively visuals are made more special by the vocals (by Ramya Behara and Benny Dayal). Sreejo’s lyrics are imaginative. Shravan Bharadwaj’s music constantly lifts the spirits. Ajay Sai’s dance choreography is apt, complementing the director’s vision. The happiness on the faces of the lead actors proves that they behaved like the characters they are playing in the film. 

Directed by Murali Naga Srinivas Gandham, the film is bankrolled by Madhupalli Bhogendra Gupta of Acharya Creations. Its trailer, released recently, was described by the makers as “salty, spicy, tangy, camerally and cheezy at once.” 

Bhaskar Mudavath and Manohar Panja are its production designer and costumer, respectively. Edited by Karthik Srinivas, its cinematography has been done by MN Bal Reddy. 

The film will hit the screens on February 10. The film is an emotional journey involving two strangers stuck inside a shopping mall lift.
