Political Drama ‘Mayasabha: The Rise of the Titans’ Teaser Launched

After winning acclaim for hard-hitting originals like Scam 1992, Rocket Boys, Freedom At Midnight, and The Hunt, Sony LIV is now set to make a strong mark in Telugu content with its newest original series, Mayasabha: The Rise of the Titans. The political drama had its teaser released today, instantly drawing attention for its intense performances, rich visuals, and emotionally charged narrative.

Set against the backdrop of mid-1990s united Andhra Pradesh, Mayasabha is loosely inspired by real political events. The series is created by acclaimed filmmaker Deva Katta and jointly directed by Deva Katta and Kiran Jay Kumar.

The show features Aadi Pinishetty in the lead role as Kakarla Krishnama Naidu, while Chaitanya Rao Madadi plays his close friend-turned-political rival MS Rami Reddy. Divya Dutta also appears in a key role as Iravati Basu, adding gravitas to the narrative.
