Actor Madhur Mittal, best known for acting in Danny Boyle's superhit movie 'Slumdog Millionaire' has been booked by the Khar Police for injuring and sexually assaulting his former girlfriend.

As per reports this incident happened on February 13 as Madhur entered his former girlfriend's house and assaulted her, following which a case has been filed and as of now no arrest has been made.

In the police FIR Madhur has been booked under various sections of the Indian Penal Code on charges of molestation, sexual harassment, and sexual assault. Madhur's former girlfriend met him in December 2020, and the actor had forced himself on her after 2 weeks. Mathur and his girlfriend split two days before the incident and during the attack Mathur strangled her neck, slapped, punched her under the eye and assaulted her.
