‘Pitta Kathalu’ Trailer: Four emotional stories centered on women

The trailer for ‘Pitta Kathalu’ is out. The four-part anthology, to be streamed on Netflix from February 19, is the biggest web film in Telugu. 

Directed by noted filmmakers of Tollywood, the web film seems to be a serious one despite having some of the most playful characters. ‘Ramula’ is directed by Tharun Bhascker of ‘Pelli Choopulu’ fame. Manchu Lakshmi in this story plays a powerful woman who seems to have an ulterior motive. Saanve Megghana and Naveen Kumar are the other key actors in the story. 

Nandini Reddy-directed ‘Meera’ involves an emotional ride involving Amala Paul and Jagapathi Babu. Aswin Kakamanu has a role. For the looks of it, it is about the differences that a husband-wife duo develops. 

‘xLife’ casts Shruti Haasan as a free-spirited (?) woman. Sanjith Hegde, Sangeet Shoban and others feature in this Nag Ashwin-directed segment. 

‘Pinky’ has the much-happening Satya Dev, ‘AWE’ actor Eesha Rebba, actor-director Srinivas Avasarala and Ashima Narwal in it. Sankalp Reddy of ‘Antariksham’ and ‘Ghaazi’ has helmed it.
