Peter Hein becomes a master of a different kind

Ace action choreographer Peter Hein is all set to wear a new hat. That of a director.

His long-time wish has been to choreograph a whole movie and not just fights. So, he has turned into 'the captain of the ship'. His debut directorial (which he will also be producing) will admittedly be a drama telling the story of a mother and her daughter. Will there be any scope for action, Peter's forte? One has to wait and watch.

In recent months, 'Baahubali-2' and 'SPYder' are his biggest films as a stunt master. Mahesh Babu's 'Bharat Ane Nenu', Ravi Teja's 'Touch Chesi Chudu' and Bellamkonda Srinivas's 'Saakshyam' are some of his upcoming Telugu releases.

This year, Peter became a proud recipient of a new category of National award – in Stunt Choreography category. He won it for the Malayalam blockbuster 'Puli Murugan' ('Manyam Puli' in Telugu), starring Mohanlal in lead role.
