‘Pelli SandaD’: K Raghavendra Rao makes an acting debut

‘Pelli SandaD’, starring Roshan (Srikanth’s son) and Sree Leela, will mark the acting debut of the legendary filmmaker K Raghavendra Rao. SS Rajamouli today took to social media to announce KRR’s acting debut. “After directing over 100 films, our Mounamuni comes in front of the camera.. Here’s the first look of K Raghavendra Rao garu as an actor, with ‘Pell iSandaD’,” the ‘RRR’ director wrote.

A short teaser was put out by the makers. And the ‘Annamayya’ director seems to have played a light-veined, rich man’s character in the movie. 

KRR is also the film’s directorial supervisor. Gowri Ronanki, his student, is wielding the megaphone. 

‘Pelli SandaD’ marks the return of the Raghavendra Rao-MM Keeravani combination. The songs have lyrics by Chandrabose. Bankrolled by Madhavi Kovelamudi, Shobhu Yarlagadda, and Prasad Devineni, the film’s release date is yet to be announced. Venkat and Sekhar VJ, respectively, are its fight master and choreographer.
