Kathir joins the race!

Actor Kathir who has been known for his unique choice of scripts and unconventional roles in movies like Madha Yaanai Koottam, Vikram Vedha, Kirumi etc, was last seen in Sigai, the Zee 5 original movie directed by Jagadeesan Subbu, which received critical acclaim.

Post the success of his last theatrical release Pariyerum Perumal directed by Mari Selvaraj, which made him a household name with its hard-hitting theme, the young hero is all set to hit screens this March, with his next movie Sathru, a cop movie directed by debutant Naveen Nanjundan.

Also starring Srushti Dange and Raatinam hero Laghubaran in a negative role, Sathru has been confirmed as a March 1 release. Sathru will be having a tough box office battle with Atharva starrer Boomerang by Kannan, Arun Vijay starrer Thadam by Magizh Thirumeni and Charu Haasan’s Dhada 87, all releasing on March 1.
