P Chidambaram trolls Modi!

As the union budget was presented today, former central finance minister P.Chidambaram has trolled the central government saying that the nation will improve if another round of demonetization is done. The union budget for the last four months was presented today by finance minister Piyush Goyal in Lok Sabha.

On eve of the budget presentation, P.Chidambaram had posted sarcastic tweets trolling the central government. The central government had revised the Gross domestic product for 2017-18 from 6.7 to 7.2, and quoting this, Chidambaram had tweeted that the government revised the GDP growth upward, but unemployment during the period was also revised upwards.

He had also tweeted that NITI Ayog chairman had questioned on how a nation can grow at 7% when the unemployment is at a 45 year high. He also sarcastically quoted that the demonetization year was the best under Modi, with 8.2 GDP and the country can undergo another round of demonetization, and this time Modi can demonetize 100 Rs notes.
