‘Oh Baby’ Trailer: Complications of age reversal

Samantha Akkineni’s Swathi aka Baby unleashes herself like a woman high on wishes and pure emotions in ‘Oh Baby’.  The Trailer captures this essence.

A love affair (Naga Shaurya is the male lead), an all-weather friend (played by Rajendra Prasad), a semi-worried son (Rao Ramesh), the attendant complications of age-reversal, and, above all, the theme that life is about living it king-size is driven home through the songs, if not the trailer…  

Given the theme and the nature of the subject, director Nandini Reddy must have extracted the best from dialogue-writer Lakshmi Bhupala.  

Also starring Lakshmi, Urvashi, Pragati, and Teja, the remake of a Korean movie has music by Mickey J Meyer (three of which are out already).  The cinematography is by Richard Prasad, while editing is by Junaid Siddiqui.  Art direction is by Vithal K.  

Produced by D Suresh Babu, Sunitha Tati, TG Viswa Prasad, and Hyunwoo Thomas Kim, the film will hit the screens on July 5.
