As has been rumoured, Bollywood actress Ananya Panday is the female lead of the multi-lingual Vijay Deverakonda-Puri Jagannadh movie that is currently in the making. This yet to be titled movie has been shot in Mumbai.
To be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada, the action drama is produced by Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur, Bollywood biggie Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta.
Ananya is known for her Hindi-language films ‘Student Of The Year 2’ (which gave her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut) and ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’. The 22-year-old fledgling actress is the daughter of Chunky Pandey, who was seen in last year’s ‘Saaho’. “Happy, blessed and excited to be associated for a Pan-India film,” the beauty has said about being part of the film of the ‘World Famous Lover’ actor and ‘iSmart Shankar’ director.
