Nivetha Pethuraj is currently playing the female lead in ‘Paagal’, starring Vishwak Sen in the lead. A rumour recently went out that the ‘Chitralahari’ actress has refused to do a kissing scene with the ‘HIT’ actor in the film because of her so-called no-kiss policy. This came to Nivetha’s notice and she asked the media not to indulge in gossip. Apparently, ‘Paagal’ doesn’t have a kissing scene and she was not asked to smooch the ‘Falaknuma Das’ actor.
“Firstly, I was not asked for an onscreen kiss for the film by the director. The script is so beautiful just the way it is. Please don’t spread false news. Thank you (sic),” the ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ actress wrote on Twitter.
Nivetha will be seen in a cameo in ‘Viraata Parvam’, starring Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi. The film will hit the screens on April 30, a day before ‘Paagal’.
The actress was last seen in ‘RED’, starring Ram Pothineni. She played a cop in the remake.
