The making video of 'Sye Raa' had something surprising in store. It introduced Niharika Konidela as one of the key players in the film. Earlier this year, the Mega Princess said that she has got only a trivial part in the biopic - so trivial that she was to have not a single line to speak.

Now that Niharika's presence has been highlighted, it is safe to assume that the young actress' role was lengthened later by the writing department. What might be the reason? Did someone who was supposed to play the role back off for unavoidable reasons? Or did Chiranjeeevi or Surender Reddy get impressed with her expressions and felt that she deserves a bigger place in the script?

Whatever may be the case, Niharika can't ask for more. She felt fortunate just to bag a role, however insignificant it may be, in the Megastar's landmark film. And she has now got more than what she ever expected.

There is also this buzz that the 'Sooryakantham' girl would be a part of the yet-to-be-shot Allu Arjun-Sukumar movie. If true, it would be a shot in the arm for her.
