Netizens blame it on Koratala Siva

Koratala Siva has been targeted by Netizens even though ‘Acharya’ has found many takers among the audience. The reasonable film has been seen as an average, respectable movie by a good chunk of audiences. Moreover, the film features top-notch performances by Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan. So, it can’t be written off completely.

But a section of the demanding audience are accusing Koratala Siva of not Mirchi-fying the screenplay and action sequences. “The director gave excellent shots for other heroes. But the Megastar has not been elevated thoroughly,” Netizens are saying

Before the release of the movie, the director stated that some action moments in ‘Acharya’ have the potential of a long shelf-life. Netizens are of the view that the scene where Chiru and Charan are seen playfully killing the villains in the second half is one such memorable moment.

On balance, the ‘Srimanthudu’ and ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ director should have taken care of the fights in a more detailed manner. The characterizations should have been more satisfying to cater to the large fan base of the Megastar.
