The film industry came to a grinding halt for almost seven months due to the coronavirus pandemic induced lockdown. Though the state and the central government gave permission for the resumption of shooting more than a month back only in the past couple of weeks big stars have started shooting including Thala Ajith for ‘Valmai’, Simbu for ‘Easwaran’ and of course Vijay Sethupathi is flying all over the country for ‘Annabelle Subramaniam’, ‘Tuglaq Darbar’ and 19 (1) (A).
Nayanthara is the latest big star to start shooting for her new Malayalam film ‘Nizhal’ costarring Kunchacko Boban in Kochi beach. The pics have gone viral and fans of both Nayan and Kunchacko are celebrating their reunion on screen after twelve long years.
Nayanthara’s next release is the sensational ‘Mookuthi Amman’ costarring and co-directed by R.J. Balaji and produced by Vels Films International. The film starts streaming on Hotstar Plus Disney from November 14th as a grand Diwali treat.
Nayanthara will also soon begin shooting for Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Annaathe’ and ‘Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal’ directed by Vignesh Shivan and costarring Samantha and Vijay Sethupathi.
