Nayanthara, the queen of South Indian cinema, won the unprecedented love of the fans equal to top mass heroes and earned the 'Lady Superstar' title. However, the actress in a recent interview asked the anchor to not call her by that title because many are scolding her for using that.
Nayanthara has completed 75 films in her career. Her milestone 75th film, 'Annapoorani' was released in theatres last week and garnered a good response from the audience. The film directed by Nilesh Krishnaa has actor Jai as Nayan's romantic interest. The movie team did a special interview with Nayan, Jai and the director recently.
The makers took to social media and unveiled the 'Annapoorani' special interview today. As Nayanthara has completed 75 films, she expressed her gratitude to the cinema and the fans. She said, "Everything I have in my life. Be it fame, money or respect. All of those were gifted to me by cinema and the fans."
When the interviewer addressed her as the Lady Superstar, Nayanthara funnily replied, "Please, don't say that. People scold me if anyone says it." She also added that Sathyaraj is the best on-screen dad for her. It seems that there are so many delightful moments between Jai and Nayanthara in the interview.
