Tamil Nadu player T Natarajan, who had excelled in the IPL tournament playing for sunrisers Hyderabad went on to get selected in the squad for India’s tour of Australia which was concluded recently.
While he went in as a net bowler, injury to players lead to his entry into the playing XI and Natarajan made his international debut in Tests, ODIs as well as T20 internationals and claimed wickets in all three formats.
Today Natarajan returned home after the Australian tour and he has been given a grand welcome at Chinnappampatti, his native as he was carried on a horse chariot with music playing around and people celebrating, and photos of Natarajan getting a lovely welcome at Home have turned viral.
