Nani-Sai Pallavi’s ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ launched

‘Shyam Singha Roy’, starring Nani, Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty, was launched on Thursday. Helmed by Rahul Sankrityan of ‘Taxiwala’ fame, the film is produced by Venkat Boyanapalli of Niharika Entertainment. It’s learned that the shoot of the thriller will begin later this month.

Nani’s father Ghanta Rambabu was one of the guests for the occasion. Director Merlapaka Gandhi, ‘Majii’ maker Shiva Nirvana and ‘Bheeshma’ creator Venky Kudumula also attended the launch event. Nirvana is currently doing ‘Tuck Jagadish’ with the Natural Star.

This is Sai Pallavi’s second film with the ‘Jersey’ actor, the first one being ‘Middle Class Abbayi’. Krithi Shetty of ‘Uppena’ fame has a key role, so also Madonna Sebastian, the Malayalam actress of ‘Premam’ fame.

Mickey J Meyer has been roped in to compose music.

The film will release in the second half of 2021. The first half will see the release of ‘Tuck Jagadish’. Nani is also going to shoot for Vivek Athreya’s ‘Ante Sundaraniki’ next year.
