Nani's new film, directed by Vikram K. Kumar of 'Manam' and '24' fame, was launched today in Hyderabad. Mythri Movie Makers is bankrolling the project.

The first clap was given by Koratala Siva, while the camera was switched on by Shresht Movies' N. Sudhakar Reddy. Northstar Entertainment's Sharrath Marar handed over the script. The film will go on the floors from tomorrow.

Giving a glimpse into the movie, Vikram K Kumar said, "For the first time, I am doing an entertainer. The story has got a very interesting point. The audience will be pleased with the content and the high technical standards."

The producers are confident of the entertainer's subject. Karthikeya and Priyanka have the next most important roles, while Lakshmi, Saranya, Aneesh Kuruvilla will also be seen.

Comedians Priyadarshi, Raghu Babu, Vennela Kishore and Sathya are part of the cast.

Music is by Anirudh Ravichander, while the cinematography is by Mirosla Kuba Brojek. Dialogues are by Venky and Darling Swamy. Rajeevan and Ram Kumar are on board to do production design and art work. Editing is by Naveen Nooli. Uttara Menon is the Costume Designer.
