Nandamuri Ramakrishna, the son of the late NT Rama Rao, has profusely thanked the Telangana government and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for including a topic on the political achievements of the founder of the Telugu Desam Party in the school syllabus. In an open statement, Ramakrishna thanked the CM and his Cabinet colleagues, adding that the entire Telugu world is happy.
"Not just me, but the whole Telugu people across our two Telugu-speaking States and the Telugu people all over the world are expressing their joy and happiness for the kind gesture by the CM KCR garu and his government. It's a moment of pride for all of us," Ramakrishna said.
Saying that NTR's life will continue to be a guiding light for generations, he added that "his discipline and honesty, his commitment towards the society, his vision to uplift the poor and downtrodden from poverty, and other social inequalities will surely inspire the students to become better citizens of our country."
Recently, Nandamuri Balakrishna, too, thanked KCR for including the lesson.
