Nagarjuna gets senti today

Today marks the fourth death anniversary of Akkineni Nageswara Rao.  Nagarjuna couldn't help but get sentimental. "You left us 4 years ago but all we have to do is think of you and we smile.  ANR LIVES ON!! PS: That was the last pic I took of nana with my phone," he says, sharing a pic of the late legendary actor.  

Since the passing away of the beloved actor, the phrase 'ANR Lives On' has been associated with the Akkinenis' films.  Annapurna Studios is sentimental about 'Manam' and when the film's set was gutted in a fire accident recently, Nag got a bit emotional.

In the wake of the Nandi awards controversy last year, the promotional videos of 'Hello!' featured a thank you note to the audience for making ANR's last film a hit.  'From the makers of 'Manam'.  To which you awarded your hearts', the Trailer said.
