Naga Chaitanya might star in the remake of Nagarjuna’s Tamil hit

The remake of Nagarjuna’s 1997 Tamil action film ‘Ratchagan’ might star Naga Chaitanya in the lead.

Written and produced by K.T. Kunjumon and directed by Praveen Gandhi, Ratchagan starred Naga Chaitanya and Sushmita Sen in the lead roles, alongside Raghuvaran, SPB, and Vadivelu. The movie was released in Tamil along with its dubbed Telugu version in October 1997.

A bilingual remake of the film starring Nagarjuna’s eldest son Naga Chaitanya might reportedly happen, while the official confirmation of the same is yet to be made.
