Mohanlal is happy that Vikram stopped acting

Yesterday, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal and Vikram took part in the film awards function of a popular Malayalam media house. At the event the two extraordinary actors were sharing happy moments and were clicking selfies together.

In his speech Mohanlal who is unarguably one of the best actors of Indian cinema expressed his awe for Vikram. Speaking in Tamil, the ever charming Lalettan said "Nalla vela Malayalam cinema vitu poita. Inga Irundheena enakku inoru competitor irundhirukkum". (My goodness, you left Malayalam cinema. Otherwise I would have faced another competitor),

For beginners,Vikram during his early acting stint, has acted in many Malayalm films in supporting roles. After Bala's 'Sethu' he almost stopped acting in Malayalam films as he became extremely busy with Tamil films and the rest is history.
