Mike Tyson dubs for his character in Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Liger’

It is known that the legendary Mike Tyson has played a crucial role in ‘Liger’. The pan-India flick will hit the screens on August 25 this year.

The news is that Tyson has dubbed for his character in the movie. He will be speaking his lines in English in the multi-lingual. Scenes featuring him were shot in the US last year. “Thank you very much for being kind to me. I’m very grateful,” Tyson has said. The film has the backdrop of boxing.

Director Puri Jagannadh has shot breathtaking scenes involving the two main actors of the movie. Also featuring Ananya Pandey, Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Vishu Reddy, Ali, Makarand Desh Pandey and Getup Srinu, the film is in the post-production phase. Kecha has choreographed the action blocks.

Recently, Vijay and Puri announced their second collaboration. Titled ‘Jana Gana Mana’, it will hit the screens on August 3 next year. ‘Liger’ and ‘JGM’ are two of the most interesting pan-India projects in the making.
