Mega family members start getting themselves tested for COVID-19

Looks like several members of the Mega family are getting themselves tested for covid-19 after Ram Charan and Varun Tej have been confirmed to be covid positive. Many Mega family members, including Allu Arjun and the newly-married Niharika Konidela-Chaitanya JV couple, were at a get-together bash on Christmas. 

Upasana Konidela, the wife of the ‘Rangasthalam’ actor, has said that she has tested negative. However, she doesn’t want to let the guard down. “This too shall pass! Hopeful for a better 2021. No symptoms and Mr C (Charan) is holding strong. I tested NEGATIVE but there’s a huge chance of me becoming COVID positive,” the entrepreneur said. 

She and Charan are taking loads of warm liquids, steam inhalation and rest. 

The ‘RRR’ actor as well as the ‘Gaddalakonda Ganesh’ star will be resting at home until they test negative. The latter is scheduled to shoot for ‘F3’, which is directed by Anil Ravipudi. Before he is available, the makers will explore if they can shoot scenes involving other actors (mainly Venkatesh, Tamannaah Bhatia and Mehreen Pirzada).
