Producer Xavier Britto made a comeback to Tamil cinema with a bang recently bankrolling the pan Indian blockbuster hit 'Master' starring Thalapathy Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi. The film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj with music score by Anirudh Ravichander was released on Pongal and it attracted a large number of audiences back to theaters after the coronavirus pandemic.

After the theater and OTT success of 'Master', Xavier Britto has reportedly decided to produce a number of films under his banners XB Film Creators and Esthell Entertainer. Recently a new movie 'Azhagiya Kanne' starring Sanchitha Shetty and Dindigul Leoni's son Leo Sivakumar was launched.

Now the breaking news is that Xavier Britto has signed director Vishnuvardhan for his next big budget film that will mark the debut of his son in law Akash Murali in the lead role. Akash Murali the son of the late actor Murali and younger brother of Atharva Murali is married to Sneha Britto.

It is interesting that Vishnuvardhan who has delivered two blockbuster hit movies 'Billa' and 'Aarambam' with Thala Ajith is now helming a project for Thalapathy Vijay's relative. More details of this exciting project soon.
