The newly released Malayalam movie, "Manjummel Boys," has garnered superb public acceptance from its homeland in Kerala to the nearby state of Tamilnadu. What sounds surprising in the film's success story is the offbeat linkage it has made with another popular movie, "Guna."

Fans were all over a surprise indeed, as they had earlier watched 'Guna' and were surprised to notice the scenes from the film incorporated within 'Manjummel Boys'. And in doing such a small, unexpected homage to 'Guna', it has certainly worked in increasing curiosity for the movie, especially among the audiences of Tamil Nadu.

If at all there are no such changes made to include other languages, 'Manjummel Boys' would still be a hit among movie lovers in Tamil Nadu on its release in Malayalam. Reports reveal that the movie has made a business, which is more than what it had done at the Kerala box office here in Tamil Nadu, which is indeed a great achievement for the makers.
