Mahesh Babu can’t get over the ultimate hangover

Even as there is a controversy over the awarding of 6 runs instead of 5 to England for the overthrown ball in the final over of the ICC World Cup, Mahesh Babu has taken to Twitter to celebrate the nail-biting finale.  

“Still hung over from last night’s match… Most exciting finals ever.  Great cricket!!! England might have won the game but New Zealand surely won hearts. Congratulations to both the sides!” the ‘Maharshi’ actor said.  It’s but natural that the Tollywood superstar is still smitten by the final match, which tied not once but twice!

On the work front, Mahesh is currently in Kashmir, shooting for Anil Ravipudi’s ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’.  Rathnavelu of ‘Robot’, ‘Rangasthalam’ and ‘Sye Raa’ fame has joined the unit as the cinematographer.  This Rashmika Mandanna-Vijayashanti entertainer releases next Sankranthi (2020).
