Team India legendary cricket star M.S. Dhoni has given his samples for COVID 19 at his hometown Ranchi. Medical professionals from the government-approved Guru Nanak College and Research Institue in Ranchi visited Dhoni’s farmhouse where he was with his CSK teammate Mohan Kumar and samples from both were taken for processing on Wednesday and the results are awaited.
The COVID 19 tests have been done in compliance to the BCCI rules for all the players of the eight IPL teams to undergo before departing for the UAE to play this year’s edition. Dhoni will soon be in Chennai and will join his Chennai Super King teammates for practice sessions from August 14th and leave for UAE on the 22nd.
IPL2020 will begin in the UAE on September 19th and the final will be played on November 10th.
