Sekhar Kammula’s ‘Love Story’, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, was supposed to release in the month of April. After months of delay, the dance-based romantic drama has finally locked its release date.
The film will hit the screens on September 10 for Vinayaka Chavithi. Given its genre, ‘Love Story’ is expected to draw the youths to the theatres in a big way amid the second wave-battered atmosphere.
“We are happy that ‘Saranga Dariya’, ‘Hey Pilla’ and ‘Nee Chitram Chusi’ have become big hits. They have garnered millions of views,” the makers today said, hinting that they expect ‘Love Story’ to become a musical hit. Chay has played a Zumba trainer, while Sai Pallavi is a dancer.
Also starring Rajeev Kanakala, Devayani and Eshwari, the film is expected to make it big in the Overseas territory as well. With music by Pavan Ch, the drama is produced by Narayan Das K Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao. Cinematography is by Vijay C Kumar, while editing is by Marthand K Venkatesh.
