Director Lingusamy is all set to make a comeback in filmmaking after a hiatus. He teamed up with Tollywood actor Ram Pothinenii for the Tamil-Telugu bilingual project 'The Warriorr' which stars Krithi Shetty as the female lead and Aadhi Pinnisetty as the antagonist.

'The Warriorr' is all set to hit the screens worldwide on July 14. While there's just a week left for the release, the film's cast and crew are coming down to Chennai today (July 6) for a pre-release event. Also, the hot news is that 28 Kollywood celebrities will be present at the grand function. The movie makers revealed their guest list by making an official post.

Mani Ratnam, Bharathiraja, Gautham Menon, Vetri Maaran, Arya, Vishal, Prabhu, Vikram Prabhu, Karthi, Keerthy Suresh, Siruthai Siva, Vijay Milton, Vasantha Balan, PS Mithran, Parthiban, Shankar, Lokesh Kanagaraj, Sasi, SJ Suryah, Vikraman, Balaji Sakthivel, Vikraman, RK Selvamani, H Vinoth, Karthik Subbaraj, Robo Shankar, Anbuchezhian, Panneer Selvam, and Mathi will take part in 'The Warriorr' pre-release event.

Ram Pothinenii will be seen as a cop in the movie while Aadhi plays a gangster who locks horns with him. Akshara Gowda, Nadhiya, Redin Kingsley, Bharathiraja, Brahmaji and Jayaprakash play supporting roles in 'The Warriorr'. With music by Devi Sri Prasad, Sujith Vasudev handles the camera and Anbariv takes care of the stunts.
