‘Lakshmi’s NTR’ gets a new release date’Lakshmi’s NTR’ has a new release date.  The political thriller will hit the screens on March 29.  It seems Ram Gopal Varma has changed the date in view of the uncertainty over the pending censor formalities.  Will he be able to stick to this date?  Only time will tell.

Earlier this week, there was confusion over what the CBFC wants to do with the controversial film.  RGV alleged that the Censor Board was acting under pressure not to certify the film.  He then changed the tune by saying that there was miscommunication.

As of now, there is still a sense of uncertainty in the air over the film’s release.  But if it manages to secure March 29 for itself, then it’s going to give Niharika Konidela’s ‘Suryakantham’ and Nikhil’s ‘Arjun Suravaram’ some tough time.
