KTR lauds Devi Sri Prasad’s gesture

Last month, Telangana IT Minister KT Rama Rao tagged Devi Sri Prasad in a tweet where an undiscovered singing talent from Medak district was heard crooning. The TRS leader felt that she should be platformed so that millions can be witnesses to her singing talent.

The news is that DSP has since not only spotted her but also provided her with a TV platform. Updating KTR about the same, the Rock Star said that the singer’s name is Shravani and that she has appeared on the TV reality show ‘Star to Rockstar’. The ‘Pushpa’ composer described Shravani as a great talent. 

“We located Shravani after KTR garu’s tweet. We flew her down to Chennai and had her feature in the limelight round of our TV show,” DSP tweeted.

Acknowledging it, KTR lauded the star music director’s gesture. On his part, Devi wrote, “Really appreciate you for supporting such talents in spite of ur busy schedules (sic).” 

On the work front, DSP is doing ‘Pushpa’ and RAPO19, among others. He has almost completed his work on the Allu Arjun movie.
