‘KGF’ producer announces pan-India film with Sudha Kongara

In 2020, when the audience were hungry for a good film, Suriya-starrer ‘Aakasam Nee Haddu Raa’ became a big hit on Amazon Prime. It was the Telugu-dubbed version of  ‘Soorarai Pottru’ (Tamil). Director Sudha Kongara has finally announced her next film. It’s going to be produced by Hombale Films, the makers of the two ‘KGF’ movies. 

“???????? ???????? ?????????????? ?????????????? ???? ???? ????????, ?????? ???????? ??????????. To a new beginning with a riveting story Sudha Kongara, based on true events,” the makers today said. The filmmaker previously made Venkatesh’s ‘Guru’, which was a remake of her Tamil movie ‘Saala Khadoos’. 

Producer Vijay Kiragandur expressed confidence that the film will capture the imagination of India. It is an indirect way of saying that the film will be a pan-Indian one. 

In the coming days, there will be speculations galore about the genre of the film, the true event that inspired it, the star cast, etc. Hombale Films, meanwhile, is sitting pretty with ‘KGF 2’ making tonnes and tonnes of money.
