Karthick Naren’s fitting reply to Tamilisai on ‘Mersal’ issue

Condemnations and criticisms from BJP’s senior politicians seems to be only adding commercial mileage to Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Mersal’ which is on a roll in the box office.

BJP’s Tamilisai Soundarrajan recently tweeted that ‘Mersal’ mocks the medical professionals who work dedicatedly. Stating that the film shows even ambulance drivers in bad light as corruptive people Tamilisai has questioned that why when the film touts doctor with a 5 rupee charge, actors keep getting paid in crores.

Young director Karthick Naren of ‘Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru’ fame retaliated to Tamilisai’s comments by stating that the issue will only bring pain to those who have done wrong. He also raised a question that why can’t be some politicians checked who earn a lot more than actors.

Netizens have been showing their support enthusiastically to the director’s sensible statements
